Still often getting blank content from server

I still seem to often be getting no content from the server. eg I clear out my VS Debug & Content folder, run my program and I get just a single line in my ContentMetaData file Code:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<ContentMetaData Name="SpaceTD" Type="Scene" LastTimeUpdated="2012-04-27 03:49:53" ContentDeviceName="Windows" />
Typically I just get round it by copying a saved copy of my ContentManager Content folder into my VS Content folder. I can then test my game fine (on Windows). Doing that so much might have borked up my project settings however. I am getting this error even when running the ContentManager itself (whereas previously I only used to get this running the game): Code:27.306 Server Error: Failed to check project 'SpaceTD' content for user 'elasto': The target platform should not be the delta platform content, atlas textures will only be generated for final platform content!
Edit: Also, both Windows and iOS builds hang at the "Grabbing content for project 'X' and device 'Y'" stage. Edited by user Wednesday, May 9, 2012 5:29:58 AM(UTC)

Yes, there are some issues, but I have not figured them out yet. Locally I don't get these errors. I have restarted the services, which gets rid of some of the problems. An update is also coming today with improved build speed.
