Hi.

For those that have not checked out our new Roadmap: http://DeltaEngine.net/About/Roadmap

We plan to release the first repositories (C# and C++ native code bases) asap and get more community feedback (currently we target next Wednesday 19. September 2012). We also tried giving out the current code base (C#) to some selected testers and it did not turn out so well because of all our new dependencies. After setting everything up and finding ways to install assemblies manually when NuGet was not available, it worked fine, but this is not the way we want to give the first impression.

Luckily the Visual Studio Express team has announced this week that Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows Desktop is now available for download:
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/...ows-desktop-is-here.aspx
It supports NuGet out of the box and even has Unit Testing and Source Control support (however just TFS). We will figure out the best way to support this free option so as many users as possible can benefit from all the cool new features in the Delta Engine.

All other IDEs (any VS version, MonoDevelop, SharpDevelop, etc.) are of course also supported, but some scenarios need probably additional help on setting up everything (especially on the C++ side). Feel free to ask for help here once the release is available.
